Q: I’m having difficulty uploading my photos to my fundraising page. What should I do?

A: Your photo may be too large (3 MB max). If so, try to resize your photo. Here are 6 ways to resize images. Or choose a smaller image from your collection. If your internet connection is slower than average, it might take extra time to upload. Versions of Internet Explorer 9 or earlier are not supported. You’ll need to use a different browser to create your page. 

Q: I’m having difficulty uploading multiple photos to my fundraising page. What should I do?

A: Depending on the speed of your internet connection, you may need to upload the photos one at time. You can add and edit the photos on your page anytime, so start with one then add the others one or two at a time when you finish your page. You can upload up to 5 photos on your fundraising page.

 

Q: I’ve already created my page, but I want to change the charity I’m supporting. What do I do? 

A: If you want to change the charity you’re supporting, you’ll need to create a new page. Go to Step 1 and choose a new charity and follow the steps. You can delete unwanted pages from your account anytime from your dashboard. 

 

Q: I’m having trouble making a donation. What should I do? 

A: Be sure all fields are completed on the donation page. Missing information will be highlighted in red. Please email support@gojanegive.org if you have further difficulties.

Q: I want to remove my page. What should I do? 

A: You can remove your page on your dashboard or email us at support@gojanegive.org, and we can help.
